Cancellation Policy

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15-20% but is at your discretion. You may tip the service provider in the room or upon check out with cash, check, or credit card. 

In order to ensure that you get your desired appointment time and date, we recommend that you schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To reserve your appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.  Gift certificates may be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy (shown below) and will only make charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service(s) cost. When you schedule an appointment with us, you agree to these policies. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

Gift Certificates

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for check in, restroom, and intake forms. If you would like to fill out the intake forms prior to your arrival, please download them from our Intake Form page.

If you arrive late, we may need to complete your service in the time frame that was originally scheduled.

Gift certificates may be purchased online or in the spa. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash and must be mentioned when you make the appointment.

Spa Etiquette

At Handcrafted Therapy, we strive to offer you an environment with the highest level of service in massage therapy and skincare.  We are highly trained professionals with your care in mind. 

Please make sure to turn off noises made by electronic devices and refrain from bringing children with you to your service.

Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services and will be charged up to 50% of the cost of their service(s).
